How to create a coherent and attractive project, accurately define its audience, plan communication and give the application a form that will attract the attention of evaluators?
The answers to these questions were revealed to participants of a workshop on the application and project management process in the Horizon Europe programme, organised by the Low-Carbon Technologies and Clean Energy Industry Contact Points team operating at the Łukasiewicz – Warsaw Institute of Technology.
During the meeting, experts from FundingBox – Katarzyna Barnaś, Senior Project Manager, and Katarzyna Kulikowska, EU Project Specialist – presented the key stages of preparing applications for research and development project funding in an accessible way. Participants learned how to analyse competition topics, formulate objectives, plan activities and create a clear project structure that increases its chances of success.
The practical part of the workshop allowed participants to practise the knowledge they had acquired. This enabled them to see how theory translates into real applications.
