Science, research and security are the common foundations on which we build solutions that support the development of Polish defence.
We discussed how to combine the potential of science and technology to ensure the highest quality of arms production with representatives of the Military University of Technology in Warsaw – Prof. Piotr Koniorczyk, Dr Andrzej Dębski, Dr Mateusz Zieliński and Dr Marek Preiskorn. The meeting was attended by the Director of the Institute, Prof. Jolanta Itrich-Drabarek, PhD, Deputy Director for Quality and Commercialisation, Grzegorz Gudzbeler, PhD, as well as experts from the Centre for Metal and Alloy Processing and Protective Coatings: Sylwester Jończyk and Piotr Wach.
We discussed the possibilities of joint research and implementation in the field of materials resistant to extreme conditions and advanced technologies for their processing – solutions that are crucial for ensuring the reliability and durability of military equipment, as well as strengthening the strength and competitiveness of the Polish defence industry.
We want to consistently combine the potential of science and technology to create innovations that form the basis for a secure future.
