Dear Sirs and Madams,<\/p>

The \u0141ukasiewicz Research Network \u2013 Warsaw Institute of Technology (\u201c\u0141ukasiewicz-WIT\u201d) is seeking an investment partner (a natural person, legal person or organisational unit without legal personality but with legal capacity; both Polish and foreign), hereinafter referred to as the \u201cInvestment Partner\u201d, for the implementation of a joint commercial venture consisting in the establishment of a special purpose vehicle (spin-off\/spin-out type), in which \u0141ukasiewicz-WIT and the Investment Partner will hold shares (depending on the final legal form).<\/p>

\u0141ukasiewicz-WIT (together with co-inventors) will contribute to the company a patent-pending solution in the form of an innovative high fire resistance board, while the Investment Partner will contribute cash. In addition, it is assumed that \u0141ukasiewicz-WIT (and co-inventors who developed the innovative solution together with \u0141ukasiewicz-WIT) will contribute technological knowledge, necessary support in the process of industrial production implementation, the possibility of obtaining further applications for the technological solution, while the Investment Partner should have the appropriate knowledge and resources as well as industry and commercial contacts to play a leading role in the rapid commercialisation of the solution and the launch of the product on the market. <\/p>

\u0141ukasiewicz-WIT plans to conduct the Investment Partner selection process in two stages.
In the first stage, \u0141ukasiewicz-WIT will discuss the project assumptions with potentially interested entities, including, among others, detailed rules on which the joint company would operate (corporate governance, mutual rights and obligations), as well as the technical details of the invention (after concluding a confidentiality agreement). Only in the second stage will selected candidates for Investment Partner be invited to submit their offers.<\/p>

  1. Investment Memorandum, where you will find information about a solution in the form of an innovative board with high fire resistance.<\/li><\/ol>

    as well as<\/p>

    1. diagram illustrating the assumptions regarding the investor selection process (Diagram of the Investment Partner Selection Process for the \u0141ukasiewicz Research Network \u2013 Warsaw Institute of Technology, hereinafter referred to as the \u201cInvestor Selection Process Diagram\u201d).<\/li><\/ol>

      The investor selection process is not subject to the Public Procurement Law.<\/p>

      Interested parties may express their potential interest by sending written or e-mail notification of their interest in participating in discussions to: Project Leader Jacek E. Szyma\u0144ski, \u0141ukasiewicz Research Network \u2013 Warsaw Institute of Technology, 01-976 Warsaw, Duchnicka 3, e-mail: jacek.szymanski@wit.lukasiewicz.gov.pl.<\/a><\/p>

      Along with the application, the entity should submit the documents specified in points 3.1 to 3.11 inclusive in the Investor Selection Process Scheme<\/p>

      Preferably, documents should be submitted by email.<\/p>

      The deadline for expressing interest and submitting the above-mentioned documents is 16 March 2026.<\/strong> (\u0141ukasiewicz-WIT reserves the right to extend the deadline for submitting documents for Stage 1).<\/p>

      Submitting an application and entering into negotiations does not constitute an obligation to submit an offer.<\/p>
